Aluminum Foil Acoustic Flexible Duct
The CXRG series aluminum foil silencing flexible duct features a flexible, micro-perforated aluminum foil inner tube, wrapped externally with centrifugal glass wool and a robust polyester film (non-woven fabric), topped with an integrated aluminum-foil-polyester-composite jacket—providing both sound insulation and thermal insulation. A one-piece polyester film is tightly wound around the outer side of the flexible inner tube, completely preventing glass wool from entering the duct. This innovative design delivers silencing performance that can directly replace traditional silencers, while also offering excellent flame retardancy, lightweight properties, and significant labor and material savings. Its quick-bend installation makes it ideal for use in air conditioning ventilation systems, fresh-air ventilation, and VAV Box systems—balancing both noise reduction and cost-efficiency needs.
