Aluminum Alloy Airtight Damper
Our company has developed a double-leaf, hermetic aluminum alloy damper designed according to relevant technical specifications. The damper features self-molded aluminum alloy profiles for both the blades and the frame, with a hollow, double-layer blade design that ensures exceptional strength. After undergoing rigorous testing—including a 240-hour neutral salt spray test and high-and-low temperature validation ranging from -40°C to 45°C—the damper meets the air leakage standards outlined in JG/T 436, making it suitable for use in air conditioning systems across China. The damper can be controlled remotely via electrical signals for opening and closing, with feedback provided in real time. Alternatively, it can also be operated manually using a dedicated on-site push-button system. Additionally, the blade actuation mechanism can be configured as either gear-driven or linkage-based, depending on the specific thickness of the valve body. Finally, the damper’s width and height dimensions are precisely matched to standard duct sizes, ensuring easy and straightforward installation.
