Tunnel Jet Fan
The SDS series jet fans come in sizes ranging from 630 mm to 1600 mm, available in two main types: single-direction and reversible (bidirectional) axial-flow models. They deliver a maximum thrust of up to 3500 N, and highly efficient, low-noise models can be selected for any operating condition.
The fan boasts advanced manufacturing processes and superior quality. The outer casing is precisely formed using spin-forming technology with imported, specialized machine tools equipped with flanging capabilities. The inner walls of the impeller sections undergo meticulous machining to ensure optimal coaxial alignment and structural integrity, while the radial clearance between blades is tightly controlled. Meanwhile, the exterior features hot-dip galvanization or an equivalent coating for both corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing finish. The blades and hubs are meticulously crafted through fully automated CNC boring and milling processes, followed by die-casting under high- and low-pressure casting systems. This results in precision-molded aluminum alloy components that not only maintain exact dimensions but also exhibit exceptional strength and outstanding corrosion resistance.
Verified through projects such as highway tunnels, railway tunnels, and hydraulic dams, its technical performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness fully meet the requirements for various types of tunnels and subway systems.
